Valuing Customers

LoHAC carry out hundreds of on-street improvements each year, ranging from major infrastructure changes to ongoing maintenance.

Each project impacts people living and working near the work site while the improvements are being made.

Surveys show a frustration in the variance of information given at these projects, so LoHAC have set up a Customer toolkit that standardises the information given by the type of works being carried out.
